Founded in Nusa Lembongan in 2015, Bali ECO Deli was created with a simple idea: serve genuinely good food in a way that respects both people and place.
Our focus has always been on fresh ingredients, balanced recipes, and food that feels good to eat—without unnecessary processing or shortcuts. This philosophy naturally led us toward vegetarian- and vegan-friendly options, alongside carefully prepared dishes for all diets.
